you gotta understand html first! it's well easy!

make a cool background, Paint, Photoshop, My Pictures, Google, whateverrr.

Host it on photobucket or something.

add this code under your About Me section.

umm... if that does not work, go on some pretty site that gives you layout, copy that, erase the codes that leads it back to their site, add your own stuff in, change the font and colour stuff
