I had a really cool background and now it seems to have partially disappeared. The background color is still there but the graphics aren't. I haven't messed around with it at all. When I try to go to the site I got it from, it says cannot find page. Any suggestions?

Try to put another layout on there..there is all kinds of layouts..some just don't work half the time.

Open up a free hosting website, like photobucket.com, which is the one I use. You upload your images onto this account and it hosts your photos for you, so it doesn't overload myspace.

Redo your background if you know where you got it or made it. Most of the time something has gotten screwed up with the HTML especially if your background is animated and moves. Just try it again, if it doesnt work than find the next best background...

Are you using thomas myspace editor? If you are ive had the same problems as you, All I did was waited and as soon as they got their website back up My page healed itself.

Your background probably loaded from a private site and this site has been shut down... I think you will have to get creative and find a new background.

the site you got it from is down or temporarily down, so your page cannot import the graphics from them to display on your page. try agai later and see if they are back up

if it has partially dissapeared.. maybe when you were updating you may've deleted part of the URL.. if you can't find the website you got your layout off of.. then I would probaly just try and get a new layout. whateverlife.com is a site with layouts.. or just browse through other peoples sites and look for the link where they got their background from.

There are a ton of "generators" or "fix-it" sites out their try...........searching!!!! it really depends on what website ur trying to hook up!!
